The Wellness Membership provides daily Naam classes that combine breathwork, mantra meditation, sound vibration, mudras, and movement intended to. You will get access to daily livestream and on-demand classes.

Mantra and specific movements aimed to support mental health, physical well-being, and emotional strength.

45-minute workout of 5 movements that aim to help strengthen the heart and lungs, improve circulation, and stimulate the mind.

Sound Vibration
Two weekly classes work with live instruments: Vibrational Sound Bath and Naam Meditation and Vibration. Experience the power of sound to support you.
