Community Class Program

Offered by Giving Naam and supported by donations, this program provides a way for anyone to access this practice by joining live classes in public spaces. It is part of our nonprofit's initiative to improve lives and health with Naam.

Naam breathwork, movement, and meditation practices align the body, mind, and nervous system for optimal health. It encourages a higher form of mental, physical and spiritual self-awareness and personal development. This is a practice that serves anyone who wants to feel more vitality, improve their organ health, stimulate the brain, and open the heart.

Naam classes combine the ancient spiritual wisdom of eastern yoga and meditation with western science. All are welcome!
