The Sukshmah Challenge
with Alyssa Gaustad & Giu Bergamo

This six-week online series is based on an ancient breath and movement sequence used by Himalayan yogis to bring life and vitality back to the body when coming out of prolonged meditation. The practice is designed to rid the body of disease and re-establish the flow of energy. Some call it "The Yoga of Immortality."

Sukshmah helps build physical resilience and mental fortitude so you can handle anything that comes your way.
