The Sukshmah Method

A series based on an ancient practice used by yogis to bring life and vitality back to the body when coming out of deep states of meditation.

This dynamic breathwork sequence with precise movements at specific angles is designed to replenish and strengthen your life force. With a consistent practice of The Sukshmah Method, you feel renewed and gain inner strength.
