Every cell in the human body, every nerve, every muscle, behaves like a link in a chain. A chain is as strong as its weakest link. Sukshmah Vyayama works on every link of the body through micromovements so that there is no weak link.
The Sukshmah Method
A series based on a set of ancient exercises used by advanced yogis to bring life and vitality back to the body when coming out of Samadhi (a deep state of meditation where the practitioner may be still for hours, days, or months at a time). Sukshmah is called the yoga of immortality as it works on the subtle body known as Sukshmah Sharira which energizes the physical body.
This practice is designed to rid the body of disease, re-establish the flow of prana in the body, and awaken dormant powers in you. It is unique from other forms of yoga, and you will feel the difference. This is a wellness and health practice that complements any other forms of yoga, athletics, performance, and fitness modalities you may do – increasing your capacity to a new level of excellence. With a consistent practice of The Sukshmah Method, you feel renewed and gain inner strength.
Sukshmah helps build physical resilience and mental fortitude so you can handle anything that comes your way.
