I want to cancel, update billing, or change email address

Your Account and all your information is completely secure and in order to maintain the security of your personal information Giving Naam Wellness does not have access to your account information, email, preferences or billing information. That means there are some things we can or can't do for you.

Changing Your Email Preferences
You need to log in to your account with the original email address that you registered with, go to your account settings *(Top Right Corner) and make the adjustment directly in your account.

Changing Your Subscription (or Cancelling)
You can self-cancel any subsription or membership by clicking top right corner (gray circle) to go to your Account. From drop down menu, select Manage Subscriptions. You will see what your subscription is, and be able to adjust it directly in your user settings. For questions or support, try the help section. Need to change your Credit Card/Form of Payment
Your personal details are only accessible by you. Please visit your account at the top right corner, and go to subscriptions. You will see what your billing method is, and be able to adjust it directly in your user settings. For questions or support, try the help section or email us at [email protected].

Can't Remember your Password?
For security reasons, we do not have access to your password. But just like a bank, an airline, Netflix, Hulu, you can change your password yourself by clicking Forgot Password on the log-in screen. Teachable will email you a link to reset your password. Here is what it looks like. :
