Extended Naam Meditation with music, mantras, and mudras (hand postures). A sacred way to welcome the new year, this practice is universal and all are welcome!
What to expect
Begin the new year in a state of peace, with an open heart, clear mind, and fresh possibilities.
Naam Meditation offers a deep experience through precise music compositions, paired with ancient mantras, and distinct mudras.
A mantra sheet will be attached to the online materials. Mudras will be demonstrated by meditation leaders. Follow along and use your voice to add your internal vibration.
Dress comfortably and have a space to sit. Have some water (preferably hot) near you. Feel free to join for part or all of this event.
