The easiest way to log-in is: go to: https://nyla.naamyoga.com.

Log-in with your email and password

Click on "My Courses"

Find the course titled "Illuminate Summer Solstice Festival"

Scroll down and you will see the YOGA STAGE & the MUSIC STAGE.

Click on the STAGE you want -

If this is a live class:

Click on the class/name/date you want - You will see a note that says ....."link"

Click on the word "Link" and you will be admitted

Click on the video name you want

The video will open in the next window.

You can pause, rewind and replay as you desire.
